My wife has had problems with the service department in the past. Then my daughter took the day off work made an appt for an airbag recall. When we arrived, they said they may not have time that day. After a lengthy discussion with female service manager, they decided to do it "AS A FAVOR TO US" Do not take your car there for service!!!!!
We have a 2009 Honda Odyssey that we bought at Auto Nation. Great car with close to 200,000 miles. We do all of our service on our Van at Auto Nation. The car is still running strong. Great car and great service.
So far so good , love the car( honda fit 2017) having a great experience , except the engine makes noise when I'm accelerating but maybe cause it's a small car ...but overall I'm happy,
Had a slow leak in a tire which required my purchasing a new tire (don't I have some sort of roadside hazard insurance?), drove away, and the tire light came on again. Had to return to have them work on it again. Over 3 hours and $180 for one tiny nail. Seems excessive, don't you think?

I have a 2016 Honda Accord which I leased May 2016. This is the first time leasing and not buying. I usually own my Honda for 10-13 years. This is also the 2nd car I go from Honda Valencia. Both times my sales specialist is Bryan Gelfand. Guess what ....he will be the sales person for my next car too. Why mess with success?
