Happy to say, this visit was exceptional! Historically, our issues are as promised and issues have been addressed. Our last visit was a disaster. We were reluctant to bring our Honda back, but Brian was very professional. He explained everything, and assured us the car would be ready for pickup at closing! Thank you, having my Honda with nearly 100k miles, reminds me how great Hondas are!

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha, who was super attentive to our needs, extremely kind and thoughtful, and did not ever make us feel pressured. This was our first experience with a new car and it was made super easy and enjoyable!!

This is my first time at Honda Valencia and I was very impressed with the service and help I received. John Fildisis was very helpful in setting up the service and called me when it was done. It was done sooner than I expected. I also needed a key battery and John showed me where to get it done. The man who helped me put in the battery. He noticed the screw was missing and replaced it too. I would definitely get my car serviced at this location again.
I purchased the 2008 Honda Accord for my wife at Auto Nation Honda when it was new. Always had it serviced there. Their service department is very professional and has always been prompt in getting my car back in a reasonable time. I highly recommend them. Gil
Went to get a tune up on my car, and Meena was the best service I have ever had at Valencia Honda. He was nice, polite and informative on what my car needed. He communicated with me very well over the phone and in person. I have had some issues with some of the service advisors in the past, but not with Meena. I will be using Meena on my next visit.
I would never tell anyone to go here. 1st the sales person didn't know squat about the car he was showing. 2nd they are charging the same price as new for a used car and would not negotiate. Real good way to treat your local customers. Honestly just a really bad dealership run by idiots. Hey Nick SMD you coward.
