I had the most amazing experience purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite last weekend. Lisa and her team of experts helped make our experience seamless. Took my CRV in for its first oil change. I can't say enough about the service manage who personally went over the paperwork with me. Also loved their accessory boutique. I Finally found that sun shade that fit perfectly in the window. ( why didn't I check here before looking everywhere on line). Also loved that I was able to have a great time shopping at the Valencia mall while my service was being done and they sent a van to pick us up when we were done!!!
Very disrespectful sales manager Ryan made our experience there really bad , I will do my best to reach out to the highest leader and owner to save anyone out there from getting disrespected. My son 7 years old start saying he hates Honda because the person works there was so mean to our family , can u imagine how bad is that ?
They put 51 pounds of air pressure in my wife's Honda Odyssey never got a call Back from the service manager after I went by to talk to them. NOT GOOD
