A completely seamless car purchase. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisa Plowman of Auto Nation Honda Valencia for the purchase of my son's first car. She could not have made the experience more painless. She located the exact car my son wanted, arranged for it to be in stock, and made sure that the car was washed and ready when I showed up to do the paperwork. While I am a "Toyota Guy," I have to tell you that this purchasing experience was second to none.

One of the absolute worst costumer service I've experienced. No professionalism whatsoever. I purchased a vehicle from them and paid it off early and called to get the GAP insurance balance returned. Just to get anyone to answer a call is a mission by it self. I was told that I need to speak to the finance department regarding my request. Got an amazing deal and everyone was super helpful and nice. Didn’t feel taken advantage of for a second, which seems to be synonymous with car dealerships. Super happy with my new car!!!
