I called Autonation Honda and talked with Nick Gunlap,and asked if a certain trim/color CRV was available. Nick had the car waiting for me to test drive an hour later. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable during the test drive and during the negotiation of the sell price. Nick spent at least 40 minutes showing me all the bells and whistles and hooked up my phone to Bluetooth. Just purchased a new CR-V. First time I was able to get the everything done under 4 hrs. Jake Welton gave us superior customer service. Even though he is fairly new at sales, he was eager to make our experience memorable and fast.
Went to AutoNation Acura May 10th, and talked with salesman, Ron Criscione, and test drove a 2009 Chevy Impala. Loved the car. Excellent customer service from Ron. Manager, Brian Pinick, was also terrific. Was very helpful, very pleasant and went the extra mile. The next day, the " Service Air Bag " popped up. Took the car back and Ron had me take the car immediately to the service department. They had to order the replacement part. Car went in Wednesday and I picked it up Wednesday. Best buying experience!!! Went to quite a few dealerships and did the usual wait game.I even sent my husband to LHM to see if they could get me around a payment I wanted and the salesperson told him it wasn't gonna happen ,so when I got home,I called autonation, in the valley talked to Nick Dunlap on the phone,and when we went in, he had estimates ready for us,and we left that eve with a new Honda Pilot, Love my car!!!!
