Great customer service and quality work.
I have to say, I bought the oil change package with my brand new Honda Civic back in 2015, but as little as I drive, I use them very sparingly; found out recently they were going to expire (not sure why since I paid for them). David at Service Department was kind enough to let me know when I came in this weekend that I really did not need an oil change, and would honor my purchase. Thank you David!
Great service on our CR-V. David, the advisor explained what needed to be done, gave me a price estimate that was almost the same to the penny as the final bill and called me twice with updates during the repairs. Definitely makes having my car serviced a good experience

DON’T buy from AutoNation Honda!! They are LAIRS AND CHEATS! Stay clear of salesperson Joshua Vrieling and General Manager Steve St. Germane. We went to purchase a Diesel car (for our 18 year old daughter) that they over and over again stated that it was a diesel car however after putting diesel in the “diesel “ car they sold us we found out it is NOT a diesel. We called Joshua and he apologized said he told us wrong and that he swore that is what his paperwork said and he would make it right when Steve got back into the off... read more
The customer service was great, however I will never go back.... My oil change cost $90. Nothing else was added on.... That's just for an oil change!. Coeur d'Alene Honda charges me 35. So no I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Nick Dunlap, Eric and Derreck took good care of my Wife and I. They had the exact special optioned car we were looking for. None like it were available in our local area. They helped us do the deal over the phone and put the car on hold for us even though we could not come to Spokane Valley for 2 weeks. We flew in from Boise, ID. last Saturday to complete the purchase and pick up a beautiful 2018 Honda Civic Coupe. What a fun day and great experiance at AutoNation Honda.
