The sales manager worked very hard to buy my Ford Fusion but was unable to due to Ford's rules about selling a leased Ford. I ended up with 2 cars although Ford went to the ninth inning with me. I very much appreciate the effort put in by the Sales Manager (Ken Vanhorn) and very much enjoy owning a Honda CR-V.
Service Department: After putting on my snow tires (on wheels, stored at their location, with decorative hub cap inserts) the next day my Tire Pressure Monitoring System light came on. It should have been re-calibrated as part of the service as per the Owner's Manual. Within two days one of the decorative hub cap inserts came off (where I don't know) with no particularly hard driving and I have to replace it now. Stopped by Auto Nation Honda just to look at CRVs, test drove one, liked the way it handled , and sales person Jake was very informative about the car and all the features. Came back two days later and purchased the vehicle. Very pleased with the car and I would recommend Auto Nation Honda if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.
