RecommendedThe battery on my 2018 Honda Accord died this past Friday... I called them & they told me how to go through the process, as it was still under warranty. Had AAA there in 30 minutes. I would give this star a zero if possible. Extremely hard to work with. One day they told us our dealer was getting fired, another day he called us, another day we were working with upper management, and today we were told there was an error in the paperwork and we needed to completely restart the process. Shopping with AutoNation was easy. Sunshine Shay is the real deal. Honestly, Integrity, and entertainment all in one. Shay was motivated to find me exactly what I wanted and encouraged me to look at other options as well, making sure I got the vehicle that best fit my needs. He made the process fun and easy. I purchased the vehicle less than 24 hours ago and already have told friends that when they need a car, they need to see Shay. Thank you Shay! I just purchased one new and one pre-owned vehicle from AutoNation Honda. The sales staff were polite, informative, and helpful. My wife and I both drove away in vehicles perfect for us and felt good about the prices we paid.
Both the sales' staff and the service department are fantastic. They are personable, honest, and don't beat around the bush. Not only did they clean my car, they sanitized the inside too.
