I recently had our 2014 Honda CRV serviced. I made an appointment on line which was easy. I arrived just before our appointment, and the customer service consultant had my paperwork ready. He kept me up to date during the morning on issues they found during the inspection. I was pleased with his customer service, and loved the clean car post service!
