We called another local Honda dealer told them the options we were looking for and the price payment we would like to be in. They said that that wasn't going to happen. Then we call the Honda nation and talked to Nick. He said that would be hard to find and that he would do his best and call me back. He called back shortly and said he found a car and he would get it there for me!! It had all the options that we wanted. And he kept our payment exactly where it needed to be. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a car!
I had owned my car for 10 years when I finally decided to get a new one. I found the car I wanted. The salesman did everything he could to help me with this car. However the finance lady Michelle, had everything messed up on the first paperwork. So we changed a couple of things and resigned the paperwork. We just purchased an immaculate 2005 Cadillac CTS from Auto Nation and I cant tell you how quickly they processed the whole transaction. The sales staff was super nice and efficient! I would totally recommend them. The car itself is fantastic and we got a great deal! A++
We really liked our salesman Jake, but don't believe them when they say that they're "very qualified master auto mechanics" do a thorough inspection of all the cars. We took our car that we bought from them to our mechanic at Pete's Honda and found out that there was several maintenance issues. Our mechanic was surprised that a big car dealership like autonation hadn't changed the filters, transmission fluid or replaced a worn serpentine belt. Bought a new car there last fall and had a great experience, but their service department is the worst!!! I will be taking my vehicle to Coeur d'Alene Honda or Pete's Honda for maintenance from now on! They will never have my business again!
The young lady who showed me cars was the perfect one for me. She found my dream car for me! The people there were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle!
