Just strange business practices. Went in to buy a new Civic with no trade involved. The standard story, salesperson shows you the car then sends you to the "business manager" to negotiate the deal. I get the deal I want and sign all the paperwork and leave with the car. 2 weeks later I get a call asking for 6 additional references! and a copy of a electric bill????
