Courtesy Honda is incompetent. Rotten. They looked at my stepson's Honda and said it needed $2,500+ of work. We decided to trade it in and buy another used car. We made sure at the time that the car could be registered in New York State (where we live) and that the service plan could be used there, too (they said any PepBoys would honor it). Great Overall Experience I don't think I have had an easier car buying experience in my life. My wife and I pretty much knew what we wanted, so I called and spoke to Brian. We were able to get almost everything done beforehand (including my trade), so when we came in, it was smooth sailing. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional, and we were in and out of there in no time.
super experiance. see Luis M stopped in over the weekend to look at some Honda Pilots. I was warmly greeted by a young fellow named Luis. After a brief conversaion about what I wanted and needed Luis brought out a Pilot. After a couple days of shopping I realized that this place (Courtesy Honda) is very honest and straight foward. Luis got me a fantastic deal with the pilot. 5 stars!! ask for Luis, he'll treat you the way you want!
They will NOT get another dollar from me!!! I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX 2-door coupe that just turned over 100,000 miles. I purchased a package Courtesy Honda offered at the time. For $99 you would recieve (4) oil changes and (2) tire rotatations, I thought it was a good deal. Well on my third oil change Thomas Welch my sevrice guy, comes back to me and says my "drain plug" is stripped, they can't put oil back in my car until I can get a drain plug. Just strange business practices. Went in to buy a new Civic with no trade involved. The standard story, salesperson shows you the car then sends you to the "business manager" to negotiate the deal. I get the deal I want and sign all the paperwork and leave with the car. 2 weeks later I get a call asking for 6 additional references! and a copy of a electric bill???? Sheik helped me find the right color, style, and showed me how the accesories really helped out. I'll come back when my wife needs a car fo sho. The one and only I bought a car from here a few days ago and I have to say, it has been the best car shopping experience I have yet to have. The salesman that helped me "Mr. Luis Maldonado" was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He was very patient with me while I was making my decisions. He also sacrificed his time to do me favors such as; programming the radio and connecting my Bluetooth. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Luis Maldonado!
