I thought they were really good. We did our research , went to a lot of other places. This place was much more laid back , good atmosphere. I ended up working with Michael S from the internet , he was the best person Ive dealt with , almost zero pressure. Hard working and got me the best deal. Ive sent my friends to him and they said the same. Management was also very good. Ill be going back.
"RIP OFF HONDA" - THAT SAYS IT ALL I must agree with the other reviewers. This is definitely a place to stay away from! I have never had so many problems with a dealership in trading in a car for a used vehicle - now they are trying to tell me that I told them I had no pay off on my trade in - The balance on my existing loan was the "very first" thing we discussed with the salesman when initiating the deal. Love our Fit, Love the service I am going all over singing the praises of Courtesy Honda, namely, sam baradhi in internet and Adrian in customer service. My husband and I purchased a new Fit and it is the best! Sam in internet sales was so helpful with all the details and most of it was finished before we arrived! We had questions for sam after the sale, and he was off that day. Adrian wilson was there to step into his shoes and help us out. We have told all our friends to consider Courtesy for their next Honda!
The Wow experiance we lived in orlando for a little bit before moving to TN. We came back to to visit our family for the 4th of july. Just for thought we desided to stop by Courtesy Honda and look at some civics. When we got there we met Luis Maldonado. He showed us a couple civics. No Courtesy Here!! More like Rip Off Honda!!! Took my honda civic in... the air was not working - They said they would look at it - they come back jus moments later and say "yeap, not working, it needs $4000 worth of work". I wanted to see what the best price on the car was before I said anything about trading in my 2001 CR-V with 218,552 miles on it.
