"RIP OFF HONDA" - THAT SAYS IT ALL I must agree with the other reviewers. This is definitely a place to stay away from! I have never had so many problems with a dealership in trading in a car for a used vehicle - now they are trying to tell me that I told them I had no pay off on my trade in - The balance on my existing loan was the "very first" thing we discussed with the salesman when initiating the deal. I found Courtesy with Courtesy Honda I'd been shopping around for a new vehicle for my wife, and unfortunately I chose one of the hottest days to do this. Upon walking around in the black parking lot, I was sweating up a storm. Service Dept. We have had a Honda Accord for about 14 years now. For the past year it has pretty much just sat in the drive way. When gas prices went up I decided to start driving it more, so We had a new battery put in and it was in less than a week. We had it towed to Courtesy Honda and they kept it for 2 days running tests to see where the battery drain was coming from. They said it was the radio, so they disconnected it.
