"RIP OFF HONDA" - THAT SAYS IT ALL I must agree with the other reviewers. This is definitely a place to stay away from! I have never had so many problems with a dealership in trading in a car for a used vehicle - now they are trying to tell me that I told them I had no pay off on my trade in - The balance on my existing loan was the "very first" thing we discussed with the salesman when initiating the deal. Save time/$$$ and just go here! After 3 hours of wasting my time at a Honda dealer in Daytona, i went to Courtesy and met Brian Alburtus. Wife called ahead and talked to Brian to see if we could make a deal on a new 2012 CR-V. Brian beat the deal of the 'other' dealership without hesitation! Gave me blue book for my trade and discount on CR-V. Brian got me in and out in 2 hours flat! A no BS salesman and very knowledgeable about the Honda product. 2nd vehicle from courtesy both positive experiences!
2 thumbs WAY up!! - Luis Maldonado dont know about the person below but our visit was fantastic!! Me and my mom were shopping for a New Accord for a few days. We stopped by Courtesy Honda to check out thier inventory. When we got there we were greeted by Luis. He was very Friendly and knew alot about the Accord. The one and only I bought a car from here a few days ago and I have to say, it has been the best car shopping experience I have yet to have. The salesman that helped me "Mr. Luis Maldonado" was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He was very patient with me while I was making my decisions. He also sacrificed his time to do me favors such as; programming the radio and connecting my Bluetooth. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Luis Maldonado!
I found Courtesy with Courtesy Honda I'd been shopping around for a new vehicle for my wife, and unfortunately I chose one of the hottest days to do this. Upon walking around in the black parking lot, I was sweating up a storm.
