Great Overall Experience I don't think I have had an easier car buying experience in my life. My wife and I pretty much knew what we wanted, so I called and spoke to Brian. We were able to get almost everything done beforehand (including my trade), so when we came in, it was smooth sailing. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional, and we were in and out of there in no time.
Liars and theives! I went to Courtesy Honda which is turning out to be the hugest mistake I have ever made. After being on the lot for over 7 hours, telling them we where not buying a new car at the price they had, we where showed pre-owned. We choose a 2007 Honda Accord, at the time I saw no damage though it was in a wreck, took home and there is was. Just another car shop There really wasn't anything special about this car shop. Just the same ol' same ol' Annoying sales persons pressuring you to make decisions and hand over your DL for a credit check before you even decided on a car. Other than the salespeople they had a wide range of vechicles. Unfortunantly we decided to go else where because of there workes. PROS: Lots of cars CONS: Salepeople
Honest and great service. see Luis after a few days of frustrating car shopping we went to Courtesy Honda. I was expecting the same old treatment I recieved. But it was completely different. I met Luis Maldonado and hew was great. He answered all of our questions and even some that we had about the opposing makes. sliderul We checked at two other Honda dealers about a Honda Civic EX-L with a Nav system, Courtesy Honda had the best price by $1,000. I wanted to see what the best price on the car was before I said anything about trading in my 2001 CR-V with 218,552 miles on it. Everything still worked on my CR-V with an almost new set of 65,000 miles tires. We went on line first to find their posted price and as I said it was about $1,000 under everyone else. The one and only I bought a car from here a few days ago and I have to say, it has been the best car shopping experience I have yet to have. The salesman that helped me "Mr. Luis Maldonado" was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He was very patient with me while I was making my decisions. He also sacrificed his time to do me favors such as; programming the radio and connecting my Bluetooth. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Luis Maldonado!
Courtesy Honda - Bait, Switch and Lie Buyer Beware.... Advertised PRICES and quoted values will CHANGE when you get to the store. I visited this dealership after having several phone discussions and email correspondence. Courtesy Honda had provided me a sale price for their vehicle and a trade-in value for my trade.
