They were fair and agreed to fix all of the problems we found with the car at no additional charge. Overall it was a good experience.

Price increase to market value. I thought I was going to get on line price. But they made it work!

All I can say is bait and switch. A $19K car was actually $25K. I’m not talking about license and tax etc. I mean the actual price of the car. We brought up that it feels like a bait and switch. Their response was that they have disclaimers about this. So I lost all respect. I didn’t buy the car. I walked away. The sales person knew very little about the car.
