Professional and sharp young salesman, Seth, answered all our questions. He was a walking expert on the 3 different models we scrutinized. From all observations, the team of reps were genuinely interested in manners and accommodating the buyers. Seth is very patient and lends a good hear. We are still pondering what might work for our needs and will keep an eye on his inventory.
Everything went smoothly up to the point where we went into the financial office keep in mind the car was already paid for and she thought we were on our way home but he put on the hard sell for extended warranty and that is totally unnecessary

They had a saleswoman get back to me right away, and she answered all of my questions in a prompt manner. I am still debating about the car, but the dealership has done a good job.
Horrific customer service. I was attempting to purchase a vehicle online from out of state and felt completely pushed aside because I “wasn’t physically there,” according to the sales staff. I originally reached out on Thursday, but by Saturday I was still being treated like an afterthought. By the following Monday, I purchased the same year, make, and model vehicle through Carvana with absolutely zero issues. The difference in professionalism and customer service was night and day.
My experience here was great. I love my Jheep

They delayed in responding to my email where I gave them an offer. When they finally got back to me they informed me that another buyer came in and they ignored me to deal with him and sold it from underneath me. Their response was essentially "oh well".
It was a really good experience, we were treated well and respectfully and they were really patient and helpful
