Medhdi Karimian was the best sales men I've ever had. He was attentive. He listened to my needs. And got me in a Cr-v Honda 2004. Very pleased so far.

I sent two different online request for information about a certain vehicle, never heard from a sales rep. I finally called a couple days later and the person on the phone said they don’t give quotes and/or fees over the phone. I do not waste my time with dealers like this. Yes, I did end up purchasing from a different dealer, made the deal before arriving.
Robert G was very helpful. He explained everything that was included with the vehicle up front, price transparency. After looking around for a car I was able to buy the car I like.
They contacted me, I made a request, they said they would get back after consulting a sales manager and I never heard back. I emailed and asked if they had an answer and never heard back.
I did not buy the vehicle just because the distance to the dealership from my place it was far away but the agent who helped me was very efficient.
The car was completely scratched all the way around, windshield had crack across the entire windshield. When driving the vehicle I went over train tracks at approximately 10mph and the wheel felt like it hit the bottom of the car on passenger side

I received messages from several different people at the dealership multiple times a day. When I finally scheduled a time to test drive, the car was already sold before I arrived but they did not tell me that right away. The salesperson took me in the back, made a copy of my driver's license and then left. A new sales manager came over, took my key to my car to appraise for trade in and only after that came back and told me the car was already sold.
