2007 van, 160k miles. 1. In april my A/C went out. They fixed some leaky valves, recharged, 2 days later it was out again, different part. Second time in, the check engine light also had come on. They said the valves needed adjusted, about 900 bucks. And they never addressed the original problem, which was driver side periodically blowing hot air while rest is cool. 2. I went in to get the recall back seat replacement for my 2016 Odyssey, and as usual, they were on top of their game. I was there at 6:45 a.m., for my 7:00 appointment, behind four other cars. They opened two bays on time, I was out of there by 8:00. Always courteous and polite, on time, clean facilities, very accommodating! They take the pain out of waiting for car repair and maintenance.
One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Very relaxed and enjoyable. No pressure. Very relaxed. Highly recommend talking with John Barnes my salesman.
Very expensive. Quoting a lady in the waiting room $79.95 to change a cabin filter is a bit much. Paper filter takes ten minutes to change.
Service was the best ever and the folks there were everything I could hope for and more! I hope it stays this fantastic so I will be able to look forward to the next visit rather than wishing to avoid it. If it does remain this way, I will never consider going anywhere else and I will buy only Hondas in the future.

Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback manual from Reggie and Phillip. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. All my questions were answered after appropriate research. They didn't just give me a quick answer and then look it up later. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and it will not be the last.
