i always experience bad customer service

I would have been a great help If Honda had not towed my car and left it park on a Parkway parked with the key in it with a ticket on the windshield, and then acted as if they could have cared less.

They sold me a new CRV in July, but the vehicle was not on the lot. It was "on the truck" which should be at their location within the day. It was FIVE days later before the car actually arrived! The GM said he would "make it right" and I could just tell him what I wanted and he would see to it. All I asked for is to have the front windows tinted. I sent him an email after I took delivery of the vehicle and he said he would send it to the salesman to handle. That was July, this is now September. I haven't heard a single thin... read more

Nice waiting area (could use another outlet near the tables), comfortable and can get some work done while waiting! Have brought my car here since I bought it here in 2012, and am very pleased.
