After extensively researching vehicles online, I settled on a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country at AutoNation Honda. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle I met Venson and he took extremely good care of me. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and have been very happy with our new ride. I have purchased two vehicles from here within the past 4 years. It was such an easy experience. No hassling. No pressure. I literally drove on the lot and off the lot with a new vehicle in less than 2 hours both times. Great service. Fair trade in values. Fast financing information. Quick paper work.
Service is terrible. Had a recall on my car and they said the repair would take an hour. When I arrived they suddenly changed the time to an expected 2 hours. At three hours I asked when it would be done and they still weren’t finished and seemed to not care at all. Fine place to buy a car but get it serviced elsewhere if you prefer honesty and good service.
I had a service situation with my Honda van while I was in town for the Liberty Bowl. The situation ended up being a bit complicated, but in the end turned out as best as it could. Chase, the service manager there, handled the situation very professionally and fairly.
*****DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!****** They will find a way to screw you over. Just a corporate company after the money. Sold us a warranty that we paid 1400$ for and found out later the the warranty was never going to cover anything on the truck. THEN THEY WOULDNT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!! Idk how they can sleep at night knowing they are screwing people out of money like that. My fiancé was in there today trying to get our money and it’s not just him, there was another couple dealing with the SAME THING!! So save your time... read more
