My husband and I went on Sunday March the 6th to look at the new Honda Civic for me, Mr. Rizwan khawaja welcome us really nicely he was really patient and really informative. The service department is great. My older Honda Civic needed some various services that added up. Jay helped me prioritize the importance of each service to keep my Civic in good shape and to make it easier on my wallet. My car runs so much better now.
I've been bringing my Hondas for service since 2006 to Auto Nation Honda Covington Pike and have experienced nothing but stellar customer service from everyone here particularly from Jay and Joe in the service department. I finally traded in my 2005 Honda CRV for a new 2014 CRV last OCT and again had a very pleasant buying experience which isn't always the case at automobile dealerships. Great job Auto Nation Honda!
