excellent courteous service, had a backup camera installed on a Camry, which RT toyota, wouldn't do. I had purchased a 2016 Camry from UN, and will be servicing both there, from here on.
I have only had my Odyessa a very short time but I can say I love it so far. The personnel at Autonation Honda were all wonderful, friendly and professional. All of them were so helpful and my sales person, George Johnson, explained everything about the van and showed us how to use all the different functions in the van. I have not yet used the service department so cannot comment on that. If you are entertaining the thought of a new Honda vehicle, I would highly recommend Autonation Honda.
Seriously the worst service. I was in Honda for 4 hours on August 27. The sales guy was great, but the manger seemed frustrated because I wanted to see the different prices of the accord. He didn't even introduce himself and ask how I was doing. All he asked if I was going to buy the car.

My mom is a 4 times car owner of a Honda and she purchased a 2016 Honda HRV and with 40.000 miles the transmission went out Wednesday and they refuse to give her a rental car while they are getting a transmissions sent in. She is a 67 year old widow and has no other means of transportation. They did not care that she had bought 4 new cars from them. I would walk before I bought anything from them.
