Excellent service, as always, for my Honda -- the 3rd Honda I've owned. Roy Johnson has been my service rep since we moved here in 2005, and has been such a help to me. I could buy a Honda many places, but I value the service I get at AutoNation, especially having Roy's help every time I've needed it, and for that reason, I will probably buy my next Honda at AutoNation, too. Thank you, Roy!
Quickly received appointment for my defective airbags. They were very flexible about the time of appointment, also. Service was courteous. I was not sure if I needed the extra repairs, such as my brakes, I will get another opinion about this problem they found. I wish an extra key was not so expensive for my Honda CRV at Auto Nation.
