Terrence and Robert were amazing. We drove all the way from Florida to purchase a car at this dealership and we could have not asked for a better experience. By far the best dealership experience we've had. Most definitely worth the drive.
I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received at AutoNation Honda in Columbus, Ga. Everyone was very warm and welcoming...service, sales and parts. I especially appreciate my salesperson, Andre Booth. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their functionalities. I also want to mention Mr Booth’s extreme patience during the process. I took my Honda in for service this week and had a wonderful experience. I had stopped using them last year due to a very bad experience. I called and spoke with the new service manager, Darby Davis who was very understanding of my past treatment and promised to do whatever it took to earn my confidence back. Well they did! Aside from the fact that my salesman had no idea what he was selling or the vehicles features and who also would not pull my new car under the awning so I could stay out of the heavy rain and be soaked getting into my brand new civic...
