I traded in my 2014 Civic for a 2017 Civic Hatchback. My salesperson George S was very nice and helpful. Ken McSpaden the manager came and chatted with us to make sure everything was going good. They were able to work the deal I was comfortable with and I am loving my new ride! I took my 2015 Honda Accord sport in because of rear end noise. The sales advisor says that it came from lack of maintenance because I have not rotated the tires. The car has 29k miles on it. The tires are cupped making a roaring noise. After checking reviews and talking with other people, this is a common issue with these cars. This seems to be a manufacturer issue to me. If I rotate the tires it will just cup the new tire that you put new the rear. They should fix what causes the tires to cup.
AutoNation has always been notorious for their terrible service department. I had hoped that it would improve under new management, but my experience with the new manager has been lacking to put it mildly. I love my Honda, but I'd go out of my way to avoid AutoNation.
My car was in for routine service. They are the best at working with customers to be sure you know what's happening and what they are doing/going to do to your car! My service person is Yasmine Mohamad and SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

Roy Johnson has been my service guy for years I bought two hondas last year a Pilot and a Civic. I will never drive anything else. :)

I have bought 2 new vehicles from Terry Burns and the process was seamless and easy! I highly recommend Terry and all the staff. The service manager also handled my 2012 van recalls while I was buying my 2017 Civic. Go see Terry!
