I've come here on multiple occasions and never had any issues. Customer service is good as well as the salesman we worked with when when bought two cars here. I'd recommend folks bringing their Honda's here.
I turned in a leased van, was told I owed nothing on it. The same day I leased another van. Now I am receiving letters from Honda saying I owe more money on the van I turned in. I have been to the dealership, have called the dealership. When I talk to someone they tell me the are g ping to take care of it. After 5 weeks they have not settled the problem. When I call they say the will call me back and they never do. I am tired of this and will not get another car from Autonation and will not recommend them

My recall for my 1500 Dodge truck was handled professionally and promptly by the Service Advisor Anthony Duell. He took great care in explaining my service receipt and the required vehicle safety inspection performed. There is no other place I would trust taking my business or vehicle for service with respect than AutoNation, Northlake Parkway.
