I’ve made 3 phone calls in the last week to get a price and time estimate on a luggage rack installation. The first call I opted for a call back and it’s been 3 business days!!! Then they were supposed to put me on hold and get the answer for me, in reality they switched me to another receptionist. She tried to transfer me and disconnected. The last one was supposed to put me on hold and find the answer but instead sent me to some man’s voicemail. I left a message, just praying for a call back! I went to purchase a car , my sales person Theresa Davis was awesome but dealing with Daniel Hess was HORRIBLE!!! He was rude, to busy & was upset that I didn’t purchase a warranty. Tire went flat a couple of hours after purchasing the car , his response was there was nothing wrong with the car when I left & to change the tire & come in the morning when the service department opened, NOT! Do NOT deal with Daniel! Not once did he follow up with me to see if everything was taken care of. Mind you my car is a 2018.
Great car buying experience. Probably my best ever. Katy Bryant, Jeff Garcia and Mike Lance went above and beyond in the sale and financing of my wife’s new 2017 Accord Coupe. They were helpful, professional and provided stellar customer service. If you’re looking for a Honda, this is the place to buy one.
