Wasted my entire day saying they could get me to the payment I wanted. Left and immediately went to Rivertown Toyota and in less than an hour, they got me to the payment I wanted to be at for a car that was newer and more expensive. So thank you because now I know where I will not be recommending my friends to car shop.

He never pressured us to "buy up" or settle for what we were not interested in. The Finance Manager Daniel Hess was easy to work work and presented options for warranties but did not try to "sell" us anything. RecommendedI worked with George Johnson (a.k.a. G2) at this dealership to locate a 6-speed manual Civic Hatchback Sport, which they brought to Columbus from about 90 miles away. The car was ready for me at the appointed time, and the purchase process went smoothly with Daniel Hess. I'm having a blast driving a manual again!
RecommendedAwesome experience with this dealership. I went to 2 other Honda dealers and I regret not coming to Autonation first. My sales person (Brandee) gets 5 stars. She was excellent. She answered all my questions & didn’t put any pressure on me. Same with Daniel in finance. He was the best & made sure I understood everything that was happening and all the options that where available. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle - I recommend this dealership.
