We bought a vehicle on 9.07.19 - never got paperwork. Could not get information from dealership - when we did it was not accurate. I like dealing with the service department but will definitely re-think another new car purchase. Found out today that all paperwork was sent to the tag office that is out of town. Not a happy or satisfied customer.
