Great car service and fast
The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Last oil change and tire rotationthe car was checked in, driven around and completed under 45 minutes! Amazing! Ive never had a service done at the other dealers that quickly.
We have purchased our last three cars there and like their service department very much.
First servicing on my 2019 Honda CR-V was efficient and painless. First appt. at 7:00 am and out in 45 min. Hope all in future go as well. Keep providing great service AutoNation Honda Columbus.
I had manual Sliding doors repaired on my 2013 Honda Odyssey. They are much better than they were, though not 100%. The service provider, Roy, was excellent. I also appreciated the courtesy shuttle ride home so I wasn’t a hostage for the whole day.
I received top-notched service from Autonation Service Department today. Roy displayed a kind, warming, and helpful disposition. He made sure that the porter drove my car around in close proximity. Also, Roy walked me to my car and he opened and close the door for me. Roy is a kind gentleman. I will give Roy and excellent rating. I would like to add that I enjoy driving my 2019 Honda Civic Coupe.😍😍😍
