sells cars without cleaning or checking them out refuses to help you even if it's they're fault

Had some lights come on my 2014 Pilot have been trying to get it fixed and AutoNation was giving me the run around. They are very inconsistent on what they tell people. For example they said, my lights had to be on at the time to run diagnostics ( 3 other service places told me otherwise) also said, that my diagnostics wouldn’t go towards getting it repaired. AutoNation has lost my business. I will be taking it to King Honda in Auburn from now on, Highly impressed with their customer service!

Our salesperson, Brandee Leaman was very knowledgeable and helpful during the research and buying process. There was no pressure during the visits. The dealer took care of a minor paint issue after we purchased the Passport in a timely fashion as well. An excellent car buying experience overall. Will definitely be back for a second SUV in the near future.

Got ready to take my Honda Pilot in for an electrical problem and it was dead...wouldn't crank and was locked so I couldnt even open the door or hood. I called Tyler and he immediately put me in touch with Jump Start who sent an experienced young man to tow my car. Rather than tow, he gained access and was able to get my car started. I drove to AutoNation where Tyler immediately got the work started on my car. He kept me informed as I waited and even walked me out to my car when the work was completed.
