Friday (Black Friday! no less) was the second time I have taken my car to Auto Nation Mall of GA Hyundai. Both times were for recall notices. It was such an easy experience both times. Friendly people and quick service. Garrison was the Tech I spoke with last Friday and he was very professional and friendly. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I have been with this dealership.
When I took my Hyundai Sonata in for service, Marie explained all the details completely. I spoke to Harrison, and he ordered what I needed to have done. David took me home in the their shuttle suv, and was very courteous and nice to me. The Hyundai dealership went about and beyond to include all the recalled work that needed to be taken care of. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone that helped me.
I had a great experience purchasing a new Hyundai Ioniq. Brandon our sales man was extremely helpful and even stayed late on a Sunday in order to help me get the car I wanted. I want to thank the whole Autonation Hyundai staff they were so helpful and really dedicated. I love my new car! I think the Hyundai Ioniq blows the Toyota Pruis out of the water. It has better features and drives wonderfully! Overall I am extremely happy with my experience at Hyundai Mall of Georgia.
Very disappointed. We bought a brand new car last Tuesday brought it home and it had mildew all down the right side of it. We had to drive to the mall of ga 3 times before they finally got it clean and they offered us a tank of gas (if we come there to get it) and an oil change. I’m very disappointed in the customer service as this was a huge reason we chose them. I took my car to them this past week and worked with Harrison Byard as my advisor. He is honest, tells me what I need and don't need. If there is something to fix he will tell you, if not then he doesn't try to sell you something else that you don't need. I have worked with Harrison at other service centers and will continue to go where he works due to his honesty and because he isn't pushy like other people. Customer service was great. I would recommend going here and ask for Harrison.
