Good seeing Damon Snipe my original sales rep from Aug 2016. Gavin Harrison was nice to talk to regarding upcoming Genesis Luxery brand. He seems to know Hyundai product knowledge. Thanks Mall of GA Hyundai for fixing the recall issue on the seats.

If anyone needs work I highly recommend asking for Dk he was 100% honestly explained everything I needed to know & took his time, I will now ask for him when my car needs service. He made the experience great.

Fast service for 2 recalls that needed to be done. Dealer is very expensive if you have to have work done outside of your warranty / recalls And they will not meet you halfway in the process.. For example, If you need alignment done on front wheels they try to charge you for a full four wheel service.. Even if you request them to just CHECK the alignment. That is just BS service and highway robbery if you ask me...
Had an appointment for oil/filter change ...Was checked in promptly...Waited for vehicle..TOOK OVER 1.5 hours to complete work operation...Unacceptable...Noticed that dealership no longer has service cashier..Service advisor handles this..They don't have time to do this..Will not be going back to Autonation Hyundai Mall of Ga..for service..
My partner brought our 2015 Sonata Hybrid in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. When I made the appointment for 1:30pm I was told it should take an hour to complete thw services requested as I knew he would have to be at work later. 2.5 hours later, he is still waiting for your useless and inept service department to complete two small tasks. This is by far the worst run service department I have ever seen. Your writer are Liars and incompetent. We will never use this dealership again, for either our car buying or service ... read more
