Took 40 minutes for someone to check us in for our scheduled oil change. The guy was super apologetic and said they would expedite it and wash the car (which I thought they did anyway...) and have it ready asap. We told them we were running up the street and would be back, said they would have it ready. 2 hours later, still not ready. Get a phone call while we're there waiting that it's ready. Mr. Damon Snipe and his team was awesome. My mother had a smooth transition into her new car, we were not there all day, and we were treated with the utmost respect. I cannot wait until I need a new car. This is where I will go!!
Took two hours to get my oil changed, asked for a shuttle and it finally came back 1 hour and 20 minutes later, and then they gave the shuttle to another three individuals that came way later than me. Waste of my time.
