I bought a $15,000.00 used vehicle from this dealership and within 5 weeks it needed $1200.00 worth of work. The warranty that I got when I purchased the vehicle would not cover the work. The people from the warranty company told me the warranty was a joke and a lie and referred me back to the dealership. I spoke with the Used Car Manager who referred me to the Service Manager. Love my 2012 Tucson. The best service department I have ever seen. Easy to schedule appointments online and they have you in and out very fast. Rhonda in the service department was very helpful and took the time to explain several things to me. Love this place.
