Service Center and customer focus from upper management and service advisors. Had a junction box taken out by the mechanic for inspection and they place it back in. I drove off and the junction box goes up in smoke causing malfunction to all electrical systems. Had no problems with driving my car prior to taking it to the dealership. Now the car can’t be driven and everything is being escalated due to the dealership not taking the responsibility for there actions.
After purchasing my car on January 13th of this year. I have only had my car 2 1/2 months. Out of the 2 1/2 months, I have only had my car foe 2 weeks because it has been in the shop this whole time!! Do not certify a used car if you know it has this many issues!!! Very deceiving!! However, I commend Tim with Autonation Chevrolet for trying to fix my car and trying to make things right!!! I will not purchase another car from Autonation Hyunda4 Mall of Georgia!!!!!!
We recently purchased a new Santa Fe from Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia & couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our sales rep, Kelly Rich, was so attentive, but never pushy. She answered every question we had (which was A LOT) and allowed us ample time to make decisions. She was patient with our little 5-year old & made the entire experience so pleasant. We HIGHLY recommend Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia (especially Kelly!!) Thank you for helping our family find our new car. :)
