Bought a 2015 Veloster from them as well as bought a $1200 gap insurance and $2600 warranty. I traded the vehicle in before my term was over, I went to the dealer to get a refund on the prorated amount. I been waiting for a year and still no return. Been there about 5 times and it’s always the same, “we got it submitted l, it should take about 7-10 days till you get it. Bunch of liars. There are many Hyundai stores in the area, whatever you do avoid this place before they take advantage of you too!
RecommendedI was very pleased with them well with my sales person and he did very good job however I'm having problems now with some kind of financing I've had That car sense that 16th of last month But I am confident that they are handling the situation and they are a really good companies they took really good care of me once before also so I have no complaints and I hope somebody goes and visits them and gets their new car through them also merry Christmas to everybody
Spence, the service adviser was extremely helpful and took care of me. The mechanic that worked on my car on the other had I could have lived without. They poked a hole in my drivers seat, changed all my stereo settings (Not due to a power loss or a reset), and the day before service I had the tire pressure in my tires increased because I knew we were in for a major cold snap and they let air out of my tires which tripped the TPMS sensors the day after service because all the tire pressures were too low. Great experience. Spencer was great. He was very on top things. He communicated extremely well. My only beef that I would have his that I got an oil change and new tires and I was still there for over three hours. The process took way too long. That was not Spencer‘s fault. He was fantastic during the whole process. I understand his hands were tied as the mechanic what is the one doing the work.
I had a valve that was not working properly and not letting my tank intake gas. I was helped by Sar and he was wonderful. Also, the part i needed was under Warrenty which was a plus. Sar was so helpful and full of information. Highly recommended
