I called and made a appointment to have some things fixed on my vehicle. I spoke to them letting them know what needed to be done I also gave them the part number. I was to come 6 days after I spoke to them but unfortunately I had to change my appointment so I ended up going 15 days after I originally called. When I showed up for my appointment they never even ordered my parts!! Now it would have not been a big deal but I have to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership since it’s the closest one to me.
