A horrible company, bought a ford focus from them. Had nothing but problems, axle went out on car in first year along with radio. They fixed axle after a long wait. Never replaced radio. Sold me a worthless warranty for 2500 bucks. They knew the sold me a junk car, that eventually got put on a buy back list. Made the mistake of buying my wife's car there as well. Drove over an hour to view 2013 Jeep. Deceptive advertising - no accidents or damage. Had cracked fender and multiple dents and color scrapes. Salesman said he was unaware of the condition. Then contradicted hi statement by saying the Manager told him they were sending the Jeep back to wherever they got it if it didn’t sell that day. Well - it didn’t. I bought my forever Christmas present back on the 4th of December. A brand new 2020 Lead foot grey Raptor. It only had 6 miles on her when me and my wife drove her off the lot. Had a good experience with the sales person. The finance department now that's a whole other conversation. **** ** I found an 2015 Altima on AutoNation web site, contacted a sales representative and informed him that I was interested in the vehicle. I informed him that I lived 2 1/2 hours away and will not be able to view the vehicle until Saturday so he informed me that I would have to put a $500.00 deposit down in order to hold the vehicle to ensure it will be there when I arrive so I put the money down to hold the vehicle by using my credit card. I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership. I went through their service department to get my vehicle diagnosed since my AC was not functioning appropriately. SUSAN LEE was my service advisor, and she completely blew me out of proportion with the things that came out of her mouth. I dropped off my truck and asked for the wait time just so I could time the rest of my day out, and she replied with "2 days". I was demented! I got an email to give a google review and I did and a good one at that. Giving a good review went against how I really felt. Sales man was lazy. We looked at a F 150 supercab styleside, a regular cab, and wanted to see the super crew for comparison. He didn't want to pull up the super crew. He said we basically just drove the same thing. When I purchased a car in 2017 the finance department offered a loaner any time I needed a repair or an oil change if I bought 10 oil changes and tire rotations with the car.
