As a Service Advisor myself on the east coast (different group / different brand), I know how hard these folks work. Chris Guerrero was dealing with an irrational customer making a scene over in car WiFi so another Advisor checked me in. Told Chris I was in for my A3 service and would wait on it. Service was completed, multi point discussed and Chris walked me out to my car. All in all a great customer service experience.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Auto Nation South Bay. I had a recall on my car & they got me in quickly! The service person Steve was Kind & so was the woman in the office :) Eric drove me to my job when I dropped my car off in the A.M. Appreciate it. My car was finished promptly! Thanks again!

Very pleased with the work and Kelly always helps me get the service I need at a price worth paying. I have an older Acura that needs major attention at times and I always feel like Kelly looks out for my best interests. He’s a straight shooter. I’ve had similar experiences with other service writers when Kelly isn’t available, so I highly recommend Acura in Torrance.
They are very courteous and prompt. Chris was responsive and it did not take very long to service my vehicle.
