This 2019 RDX is the model I was waiting for. Styling, horsepower, habitability, I am satisfied for two weeks since I bought it yet.
I’ve been buying cars for the last 30years and this is by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Garry was very professional paid attention to all the details from the price negotiation so there were no surprises when we closed the deal. Same goes for the finance manager in Janet. She was very friendly, polite and very precise on the numbers. Overall, a really great experience!!

I had an insurance repair that needed to be fixed but waited over a year to address it. Service department got me in loaner went through process trying to get it approved although it was approved a year ago. Insurance denied claim. During this time I was in a loaner for almost 10days. Instead of me having to pay out of pocket for loaner/rental, they worked with insurance company to cover the rental so I did not have to come out of pocket. Kudo's to this service team!
Dealership immediately replied to my questions, they were very friendly and not pushy. No deal happened, but I would consider them in the future.
