This is my 3rd service call (routine oil change and check) at Acura and always no waiting at drop off, very comfortable waiting area with refreshments, Wi-Fi access, and amicable to your time limitations. It was quite a pleasure to work with the people at Autonation Acura South Bay. Daniel walked me through every step. My only complaint was my initial quote was amended upon the delivery of my trade in which I would of expected the acknowledgement that a 22 year old would be what it would be. Otherwise great experience.
Been waiting for the air bag recall replacement and Sherwin came through sooner than expected when I came in for my last service. The service team is always friendly and efficient, but I am especially appreciative that my air bags are safe again too.
