I took my car in for oil change on Wednesday afternoon. It took longer than I expected for express 1 1/2 hours! I find out on my ride home my 50.00 gas card is missing from my console!!! Called immediately and spoke to service manager who then had the service advisor call me back to say they don't know what happened to it. Do you really think the thief would confess and lose their job??!!! They then said they credit my account for that amount and I can use it on my next service. I have visited them many times over the last 20 plus years with all the Acuras that I have owned- Very few times do I have a complaint with them but if I did ROBYN fixes it!
