The only reason I gave this dealership 2 stars is because we had a nice shopping experience with Nick. We had a horrendous, outlandishly ignorant and inexperienced deal with the finance department. Between Gil and others in the finance department incorrectly submitting our auto loan and over charging us by $1000s for a car payment, the finance department truly needs more experienced, more educated employees! No one could afford to purchase with this dealership!
Completely dissatisfied! Leased my second MDX back in September. It was in and out of the service department until December when they finally put a "new" transmission in my NEW car. This was after several trips of bringing it in, taking it home and learning what they "fixed" was not the problem. Car still isn't right, nor is my lease agreement that I have been trying to get fixed since I received my October statement.
