Avoid at all costs. Attempted to buy a Roush exhaust from the company. Sale went through on 30th April. Was given a delivery date of 2nd May and I double checked this via email. I was told that the shipment would be despatched on 1st May. Due to the bank holiday, I then called on 7th May as DHL tracking seemed to suggest the package hadn't been collected. This company lies to you. Ordered a 02 sensor from APPD for my C7 Vette. Paid the highest possible courier service for the fastest possible shipping from Newcastle to France. I needed the part urgently. Ordered at the weekend and called them Monday to confirm all was in hand and explained the part was required urgently. Response from APPD yes we've recieved the order and will ship as soon as its been processed. Called every day for the next 7 days to be told yes its been shipped and this is the shipping number.
