I chose this garage because they are AA recommended, I assumed this would mean that they are more likely to be trustworthy and transparent than the average garage. I booked the full AA inspection prior to purchasing the car costing £255, which included a 10mile test drive. I was told by the garage owner that it was all in great condition, so looking forward to hopefully getting a good car. Excellent car and great selection of car. No doubt they are best in town found the best finance APR for me and happy with my purchase.
Avoid. They deal in bad faith here, made an appointment to see a car. Arrived to find the car sandwiched in the lot, i.e. not prepared for a test drive, when i asked about a test drive, they were reluctant, citing ‘these cars are every day cars and don’t need test driving’. Enquired more about the history and asked about the misaligned panels after finding the hood needed excessive force to close and whether it was involved in a crash, they said car panels naturally misalign with age (untrue).
