Fantastic experience buying a Topdon diagnostic tool. I wasn’t sure of a couple of features so they talked me through it on the phone giving examples of how the features would used and what additional revenue streams could even be generated from them. Didn’t feel pressured into anything or upsold, just explained the differences and left me to choose myself based on my needs.
