★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely atrocious experience. I traveled two hours and booked a test drive, only to find the car was completely unprepared and inaccessible. I was told I couldn't test drive it because another car was blocking it in—a clear sign of their disorganised operations and a total disregard for my pre-booked appointment. They ripped me off when I bought a car from them. I was new to the UK and I didn’t know the prices and didn’t know how to negotiate. I bought a used 2014 ford focus estate for 5800 pounds and discovered the clutch was worn out, the steering oil container was cracked, the tyre sensors were worn out. They even made me pay 80 quid for one sensor, which i discovered was only worth like 20 quid!.. it was not easy to get them to repair all this and it costed me more money and time!!!
