Booked my car in as engine management light was on. They called to say tell me the fault code and it needed further investigating which would cost £150 which i agreed to. Called garage hours later as I'd not heard anything from them and they told me what the issue was and they may have resolved it by cleaning the part. Went to pick my car up and bill was over £350!!! This company helped us out of a real pickle late on a Friday afternoon! We broke down and desperately needed to get to London, so we rang to hire a car—and the service was seamless. The car was ready to go, fuelled up, and the paperwork was quick and easy. Voilà—we were off! The team were incredibly kind, even waiting for our arrival after our taxi driver got lost. Horrendous, poor service, cost us a fortune and they consistently refused to check their poor work. Of course it failed, we knew, they refused to make good their poor work. We have a bmw on our drive with a broken timing chain that they refused to check. I think they sqeezed me in for my service and MOT. Always need to book so far in advance, sign of a great place.
Friendly staff Fitted me in next day for MOT. Text me when car was ready. Professional advice given on MOT advisory. Great experience all round. I know where to go next time.
