We bought a Hyundai ix35 from Konrad about 4 weeks ago. The sale all went well but it was only after a few days we realised something wasn't right with the clutch. This wasn't covered by the warranty. So we went back to Konrad and I wave to say without hesitation Konrad said bring the car back and he would sort it, no charge. Which I think is admirable of him. Called on Friday to view a Kia Optima on the Saturday, arrived looked the car over had a good chat about it then took it for a test drive.
