This company is brilliant and its staff are very helpful. We need editing to find a shop and around here is like the middle of nowhere. The manager was helpful and directed us to exactly where we needed to go. They were also very hospitable when we got back and allowed us to sit on tue sofa whilst they worked on our car. Customer service these days, is going down the drain but this company are great with it. We appreciate your help and assistance with our vehicle knowing we travelled all the way from Manchester to get here. ... read more
Leaving on behalf of my girlfriend who recently bought a van from Automad. Unfortunately the van had a lot of issues but Automad were lovely and resolved the problem quickly by accepting it back and issuing a full refund. Can’t fault their service, just a shame the van was no good for us. But they went out of their way to resolve it so they are very trustworthy.

Bought a car from here recently. Whole process was smooth, professional and easy. Konrad was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.
Brought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Konrad. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before agreeing to the sale. No pressure selling and felt comfortable doing business with Konrad and Automad Ltd. Would highly recommend
