I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the vehicle I purchased from your garage on September 23 2025. At the time of sale, several faults with the car were not disclosed to me, and I was not permitted to test drive the vehicle on public roads. When I requested a proper test drive, I was given various explanations as to why this was not possible. We bought a Hyundai ix35 from Konrad about 4 weeks ago. The sale all went well but it was only after a few days we realised something wasn't right with the clutch. This wasn't covered by the warranty. So we went back to Konrad and I wave to say without hesitation Konrad said bring the car back and he would sort it, no charge. Which I think is admirable of him. It’s been around a year since I bought my car from Conrad at Automad, I have had not a single issue with the car yet and drives as good as a new car despite being a 14 years old model. Can’t thank them enough for such a great experience.
