Quick, straightforward purchase
I Brought a Ford focus which was in pristine condition for the cost. Konrad was really friendly & helpful with any questions I had. I did have an issue with a sensor but they had it straight back & sorted straight away which was amazing. I would definitely recommend buying from Konrad & will be recommending to anyone I know who wants a new car.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the vehicle I purchased from your garage on September 23 2025. At the time of sale, several faults with the car were not disclosed to me, and I was not permitted to test drive the vehicle on public roads. When I requested a proper test drive, I was given various explanations as to why this was not possible. We bought a Hyundai ix35 from Konrad about 4 weeks ago. The sale all went well but it was only after a few days we realised something wasn't right with the clutch. This wasn't covered by the warranty. So we went back to Konrad and I wave to say without hesitation Konrad said bring the car back and he would sort it, no charge. Which I think is admirable of him.
